Quite happy with this mat, I've found the filling good enough for my baby to play on a wooden floor. The size is a fair size, my little one is crawling and it's seems big enough to keep her entertained. It's 150cm x 100 cms. Each square has a different texture or noise. Not sure how much good the mirror is going to be as my baby isn't paying it much attention. It is very easy to fold and carry around, we'll be taking it with us when we go visiting. It's washable at 30 in a washing machine which is handy. Says on the packaging that its made in China, materials: 100% polyester. Suitable from birth.

We are so pleased with this product. We had an activity play mat when our daughter was a newborn, but at 7 months and rolling everywhere she needed more room - this was perfect. It is lovely and bright in colour and full of different textures and is easy to keep clean. A must for every house hold.

I ordered this play mat for my three month old baby, so that she could have some safe tummy time. The second time I put her on the mat on her tummy, I briefly left the room when I returned she had rolled over onto her back, which is something she has never done before. Before I purchased the mat my mum suggested I put her on a blanket instead. But a blanket can get creased up and has no padding. For me the reasons for buying this mat are as follows:-
1. Safe tummy time
2. Baby can have more freedom to roll over ect
3. lovely pictures with a handy mirror
4. Baby's space only (my rule for active 3yr old brother and 5yr old sister)
5. extended use for in the garden or when visiting other peoples homes
