Our daughter loves this. I bought it for her when she was about 2 months old, but she really started enjoying it when she was better able to deliberately grab stuff. Now she enjoys trying to stuff it all in her mouth!
The peacock is brightly coloured on the front, with black and white patterns on the back - great for newborns. It also has a squeaker and a bell and scrunchy textures too. It seems really well made, with lots of things to explore.

Lamaze have a wide range of items for babies which all seem to work well. Jacques the Peacock contains a wide range of colours, rattles, patterns and textures etc to stimulate baby and keep him interested. The back of his wings are black and white - easy colours for baby to focus on in the early days. When baby is a little older he'll be interested in the front of the wings - they contain different fabric textures, and one wing has a squeaker, one has a rattle, one has a mirror and the fourth one has different fabric inserts on it. There are 'taggie' ribbons around the rattle which babies seem to find fascinating. The large clip means that Stretch can be attached to a pushchair, baby gym etc to keep baby occupied. My 16 week old little boy loves him - even just holding on to him. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

My 3-month son adores this peacock mainly due to the flapping sound of its wings. Its colourful and has two sides so you can turn it and have completely different toy.

This gadget has revolutionised my approach to baby food and has given me the confidence to make all my baby's food myself since he started solids. It has already paid for itself but more importantly, i know exactly what he is eating and know it contains nothing but the fresh ingredients i add. It is so simple, takes up such little counter space, no mess. You literally add whatever combination you want to try (yesterday baby had beetroot, cabbage and beef) into the jug, add water, steam for 20 mins and then blend. It is easy to wash. My only issue is that scale builds up quite quickly inside, and I usually get rid of it by adding citric acid crystals to the water tank over night and then run the steamer through twice. I have been using it heavily since June and its going strong. I don't think i would have been able to do this (make my own baby food) if it wasn't this easy (with 2 kids and very little time and less energy). This is an amazing product! It's easy to use and easy to clean. It makes simple, healthy food for your baby and allows you to have control over what your child eats. I have been using this for the last week and my daughter could not be happier. It may seem pricy and to be honest, that factor almost put me off but I believe it has more than paid for itself already. If you add up what you would spend on jars of baby food over a month, it would be a fairly sizeable sum. I love this gadget and would recommend it to all mums and dads even considering buying it!

This was a lovely gift for my son, he was 5 months and loved to lie down on his mat and kick the buttons, by 6 months he was sitting in front of it unaided and pushing the buttons, by 8 months I would prop it against the sofa and he would climb up the front to stand in front and play with the higher buttons and by 9 months he was pushing it around. Now he is 15 months and he still loves it. He still plays with the buttons and the phone and despite the use it has had it still looks new. I have not yet seen a design better than this in all the baby clubs we go to. This is the best walker on the market.
The wheels don't lock (none do) the idea is to use it for support when cruising and it's not a walker in the sense of the sit in style, so the baby must be quite steady and strong on their feet before attempting to push it along. It must be used with supervision, as not surprisingly the wheels will roll if the child pushes it, I found it quite sturdy.

Pros: we bought this baby-walker about 2 weeks ago for our 8 m.o. daughter. she was already standing firmly on her legs and she also was able to move her feet in an attempt to walk, but nothing by herself. since then, she progressed impressively fastly and she now can 'walk' alone ... under a strict surveillance. the toy is just the right height&width.the interactive board is also quite entertaining & she likes lights and buttons, activities are good too with 2 educational modes (music and ABC). easy to handle & carry, it should be used quite often in many situations & independently from the walker.
Cons: nothing really serious... at the beginning it must be used under a strict surveillance as the baby will sooner or later fall (when tired or because of balance). when the baby falls or moves backwards, the toy might be pulled backwards at the same time(would be better if could be weighted on the front) but no risk of getting hurt with it as it's only made of light plastic... My son got this at Christmas when he was 9 months - hasn't used it yet as a walker but he loves the activity board on it which can be removed from the walker so its handy to put in the cot for entertainment or to put in the car. The tunes are lively and they don't get too annoying even after the 1000th time on hearing them!
